Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speaking, As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby. 1 Peter 2:1-2

Lord, set my heart on fire; yeah, just like fire, everything comes to light. All the lies, the manipulations, the thefts committed against me are now out in the street. All of that is now out in the open. What did they expect? When Jesus says Yes when you are chosen by God to full is purpose on this earth. Tell me!

I forgive myself for letting my own family take away everything that mattered to me. At least they tried. They played their roles well, blinding me to better put me down. I am not blind anymore. I see everyone for who they really are.

Lord, the worst enemies, are not strangers, yes. You saved me from myself, rescued me, guided me on this road where I thought I was alone, I wasn’t. You were waiting for me to answer your call. I heard your whisper through the rain: I’m with you. When my world turned upside down, you’ve always been by my side.

I surrender everything I am for you and only you. From now on, I am yours; I always belonged to you. I took for granted the life you gave to me; never again, I won’t let you go. I was like a heart without a soul.

Lord, I realized I understood that everything I went through was only to prepare myself, to test myself. To test my faith, teach me how to be stronger, wiser, and make me grow. Lessons learned. I am ready; I know you won’t forsake me.
