The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all. Psalm 34:18-19

Well, let’s change this way of acting. We all wear scars from the past, whether from childhood, relationship, workplace… I get it; I’ve been through it as well.
First, humans need to heal the wounds, the pain to prevent hurting each other, which has nothing to do with our past trauma. Break the circle.
Until this is done, we will be repeating the same pattern repeatedly. What we all want to have in any field is a healthy relationship. This strong relationship already starts with us.
How can you attract a healthy relationship when you are not in harmony with who you are until you have made peace with your past. Learn to forgive yourself for not being careful enough, solid enough, to give your love with no return.
We all make mistakes; we need to learn from those mistakes and become a better version of ourselves every day.
Yes, forgiving the past doesn’t mean you forget. No. Just let go of all of these scars that are no more controlling you to move forward.
Your happiness matter most than grieving about spilled milk. Look at your cup, how full it is. Stop mopping around about things you cannot change. Instead, focus on what matters the most: YOU.
Invest your time, money, wisdom, and LOVE in yourself before doing it with anything. Once you take the time to heal your wounds, you will see everything in a new light once you regain your confidence. Everything will seem more straightforward.
The same pattern will be avoided; you have already defeated them.
Stay in the light, stay true to yourself. Remain in the love of the evening to love the others.
